Order/Shipping Process a Disaster

I had to place my order for an iPhone 11 Pro Max multiple times before it even went through. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 11/23, My Verizon now says 11/26, UPS tracking number says 11/27. Never ordering from Verizon again.

Not to mention the hoops I had to jump through to get my email address changed. Hours in total on hold with or talking to customer service!
