I placed my order for a 15 Pro max and all was well. They took the payment immediately and sent 2 emails in which of one I had verify my identity and I did. I was suppose to get my phone today but instead I get in email saying “MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED

We received a new order for your account, see details below. After further review, we were unable to authorize this order and it has been canceled.” I’ve never tried to open a new account so I’m not sure what’s going on but it a bit aggravating and if I can’t resolve this issue then I’ll probably be going to another provider. |
