Order not shipped

Worst experience ever and worst customer support! I ordered a new phone on the 26 with next day shipping and my order has still not shipped! I talked to multiple agents to no avail!! I need my phone since my old one is broken. Verizon can't cancel my order and can't tell me why it's delayed or when it would be shipped! They've already took the money and I'M just stuck right now and extremely frustrated

I have the same issue.  Spent $300 and chose 2 day shipping. They took my money and it still hasn't even shipped 4 days later. Tried calling and just end up in hold for hours. I want a refund at this point.

Having delays is definitely a bummer, and I'm sorry the order hasn't shipped. If you paid for a specific shipping, that's something we can take a look at along with the order. I'm going to send a Private Message so I can help out.

I am also having same problem.. Worst experiance ... I placed order for over night shipping .. order not yet received 

no repsonse on the call
