Order stuck in continuous loop

I ordered two Apple iPhone 14 Pro and two sets of Beats Fit Pro earbuds two days ago. They’re supposed to be here today. But they won’t be, and none of the three reps I’ve chatted with today can tell me why or what I need to do, beyond repeating what I’ve already done—i.e., follow the associated emails’ prompts and call their Fraud number. I’m pretty much ready to just cancel my five Verizon  unlimited accounts. I really don’t want to do that, bc I’ve been a #verizoncustomer for longer than I can remember, but what should be a simple transaction has become  absurdly complicated.

Does anyone know how Ican shake my order loose? Or should I just cancel the order and go somewhere else?
