I have just ordered a new iPhone 14 pro as an upgrade to an iPhone 13 Pro. I placed the order through Verizons website. I have just received the box from UPS. The apple phone box was in the shipping box but its EMPTY. I have read numerous posts about the nightmare that this process is and I cannot express how disappointed I am in Verizon. Already I have dealt with (2) phone techs who have told me different things. I have already paid for an upgrade which I don't have the equipment. I will never use Verizons upgrade service again after this.
Has anyone else dealt with this process? Should I be getting ready to go to the state attorney general and the BBB in the meantime?
