This is the second month I’ve received overage data text messages stating I’m being charged when in fact I have over 50% data left. Representative was zero help and had no sufficient reason as to why.
Why would a rep know what's going on with Verizon's coding? It would be like asking a cashier why their register isn't working when encountering a software issue. They don't make the code for Verizon, they answer billing questions.
