How do I email a complaint for a overcharge? I do have the original chat from the conversation verifying my bill due & am being charged 57 more

That is definitely not the billing experience we want you to have. We would love the opportunity to get to the bottom of what happened. Did you receive your Next Bill Summary? Were there any credits on there that would account for the $75.00 increase on this current bill?
