Up until yesterday, I could make calls fine from Thailand.
Now, no one can hear me, even though I hear everyone fine.
I don't think the phone is the problem - if I call using FaceTime, everyone hears me just fine!

Since FaceTime is working, data service/internet access is OK. I'm guessing you're using Wi-Fi for data access. People not being able to hear you on regular phone calls is a cellular service issue. A couple of common causes for others not being able to hear you, but you can hear them, is weak signal strength or network congestion. I don't know what generation wireless technology is in use in the part of Thailand you're currently located. If your phone is running on 2G or 3G there, maybe something isn't quite translating over to the US' 4G/5G?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
