I unfortunately was late on my bill and was finally able to pay it to reconnect my services. I paid the entire bill off, received a text message stating that my wireless services have been restored. However, for 2 days now, I still cannot call out, receive text messages from non-apple phones, etc. I've been on the app and website and have clicked the reconnect buttons for my devices. It states that I've been reconnected and will take up to an hour to work but to no avail. My devices still state they are suspended.
I've tried the chat bots and it keeps telling me that I have a balance of $0.00. This is rather frustrating as I need this my services for personal and work. Is there anything I can do?

I've been behind before as well, and we appreciate that you were able to get caught up, bnkelley. I know I would be concerned if I made a payment and my service was seemingly not reconnected. The best option would be to reach out to our financial services team, because if there is still a suspension of service, they are the only team that can remove it. You can reach financial services at 866-266-1445 Monday - Saturday from 8am - 10pm ET.
