Passed due bill

My service was shut off for not paying my past due amount of $290. I lost my job due to life threatening medical issues and have been struggling ever since. I’ve always been current with my bill until this happened. I need to be able to contact my doctors and family. I’ll be able to make a payment in about a week I just really need help. Please
