I was in my local Verizon store today and I was going to pay off a phone to get an upgrade. The worker paid off the wrong phone and I lost the device credit on that phone. Now I canโt do an upgrade on the current phone because the worker paid off the other phone. How can I reverse that transaction and get the device credit back since that phone wasnโt supposed to be payed off. The worker just sent a pay over the phone with no explanation of what itโs going to.
