I am trying to backup my Iphone (iPhone 12 Pro Max - IOS version 16.6.1) to Verizon's Cloud. I have 2 tb of storage available. When I go to Settings on the Verizon cloud App and click on 'Upload Settings' the only option that appears is Contacts.
If I try and upload a specific photo in the Photos App and choose "Verizon Cloud" I receive a message "Need to run Verizon Cloud app to authenticate before uploading assets". I checked that I am logged on to the Verizon Cloud App. Of course this is not a reasonable way to upload photos and all of the other data that would be in a complete backup.
It is also interesting that when I logon to the Cloud App and asks me to purchase 600 mb of storage even though I have 2 tb in my plan. I have tried logging off and logging back on several times but receive the same behavior.
Thank You

How should I 'reach out' as you state? Phone call? Send a message in the Discussion Group?
Thanks,
Don
