Phone mutes itself when on speaker or using earbuds
That's not good. Let's look further into this and get this resolved. Did anything specific happen when this began? You aren't able to hear anything on speaker and when using earbuds? Have you ensured the silent switch on the side of the phone isn't on? Please share more details so I may ensure I understand exactly what is happening and further assit accordingly. In the meantime please try pressing and holding the power and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the phone resets and test. Thank you.
