Hi. I placed an order on 9/14 for two iPhone 14 that was set to deliver on 9/18 at 8pm. I was home all day waiting for my delivery at 8:10pm order said delivered but no one showed up nor I’m seeing my two iPhones.
I will not communicate back and forth between UPS and Verizon. This is a Verizon issue and Verizon needs to give me 2 new phones immediately that I can pick up at a nearby store.
