Phone not receiving calls for several days

Long time customer,  1 phone will not accept calls.  Your system gives callers the following message "The number you called has been disconnected, changed, or is no longer in service”.   I have gone through your on line tech service and stopped at store.   We have exhausted all of your suggestions and none of them have made a difference.  Just a week ago we dropped the Apple watch, now this happens and I believe its likely the two are related.   

The most recent guess / solution you, Verizon, is telling me is to buy a new phone "at a discount" and extend contract 36 months.  The phone isn't old.   We've spent several days working on this, we need this phone operational.

I'm sorry you are having these issues Delbetrt. What zip code are you in? Can you use the browser and send texts with WiFi off?-Joe
