Phone not working - cannot access account

so frustrating - phone is not responding (unusable) yet I cannot access account due to dual authentication. Can't call for obvious reasons. Any suggestions?

Other possibilities for accessing your account when your phone is not working and 2FA is going to busted phone are:

• borrowing someone's phone or using a landline to call, and then using your account PIN to verify your account
• visiting a corporate Verizon store with a valid ID and the employees should be able to access your account (explain your phone is broken so they don't send you a verification text to busted phone)
