Phone not working

My iPhone 15 pro max’s service randomly stopped working. I was traveling home, received a phone call, answered it through car play and it dropped the call immediately. 

 Then went to sos mode and won’t come out of it. 

randomly got full bars 5g then dropped then came back and dropped around 10 times. 

my wife who is on same carrier right next to me seems to have a fine connection. 

it has been like this for a few hours. Please help.

I have also hard reset, rebooted, turned off service and on, airplane mode SEVERAL times. This isn’t ok.

I am having this same problem with myApple 15 pro max as of this afternoon. I cannot receive or make phone calls.

Same here! My boyfriend is on the same plan, different phone and his is working fine. I can’t make calls at all, even on WiFi. I have a 15 Pro. Restarted it many times also. Help!

Try turning off airplane mode and then turning it back on. That worked for me after a Google search.

Has anyone contacted Apple Support directly about the problems?  Based upon the comment from someone saying a different model phone on the same Verizon plan in the same location works but iPhones aren't...
