Why is it My phone is sending phone calls to voice mail. My phone doesn't ring when people call me and it goes to voice mail and I'm not even on my phone and I do not get an alerts that I have a text message. These issues have been occurring since I got a text message that I could upgrade

Your phone not ringing for calls is definitely a problem, Lisawoodside. You mentioned this started after you got a text for upgrading. What device are you currently using? Are there any issues with sounds for media? Please try dialing *73, this will disable call forwarding in the event it was set up. You'll hear a fast busy signal and the call will end.
