Phone shutting off

I just got my iphone 4s three weeks ago and it is randomly restarting, I will pick it up and it is turning back on when I haven't touched it.

Can I bring it in and get it relaced since I literally just bought it?

Yikes! Sorry to hear that your phone is restarting. It's important to have a working phone at all times. I would suggest to restore the the device from a back-up in Itunes. Please choose the backup date before issue started occuring, this will ensure you are not reloading the corrupt software back to the device.
