All Verizon devices that meet the requirements, unlock automatically after 60 days. https://www.verizon.com/support/device-unlocking-policy/
For anyone who meets all unlock policy requirements and the device has not processed the unlock command, you must be under the Verizon network or WiFi to be able to push the command through.
Depending on the situation, and how the device was sold, we can assist with general information. In order to discuss specifics, we would need to discuss the information with an authorized party that is listed on the account where the device was purchased.
If any equipment was purchased through a third party vendor, and you are experiencing issues, please contact the seller for additional assistance.
For anyone that runs into this issue when you are getting ready to travel, please visit our international travel page for options to use your device while abroad.

The device unlocking policy says you must use a Verizon device for 60 days on Verizon and then it will automatically unlock. If it's been more than that and the phone still hasn't unlocked itself - that can happen with phones purchased elsewhere, outside of Verizon.

What do you do when Verizon has told you multiple times they will unlock (your fully paid iPhone 13 ProMax) - “2 days”, then “60days”, then denied unlocking it, you received email confirmation the issue was resolved but still isn’t, and you’ve been a customer 16 years on top of ALWAYS buying your phones outright before activating? Dealing with this 4 days now…

We know how important it is to have your phone up and running, we'll be glad to help out. Was this a phone that was purchased directly from us? When was the phone purchased?

No, unless you are active military and can provide the paperwork indicating your deployment overseas. That's the only exception I can think of.

Hi, if you purchased the phone in June 2025, it has not yet been used for the required 60 days on Verizon as of the date of this post. It will stay locked until you have met the 60 day requirement. See the link below for more details:
