Phone upgrade

I literally just placed an order on Friday to upgrade my phone, never got my phone and it’s been taking them forever to just cancel the order for me to just go and pick up in the store. After being a customer for so long and just getting the run around cause I have to keep waiting 42 hours for them to locate and cancel the order is absolutely unacceptable. I can not stand them messing up on their part and then making me wait for so long just to get a new dang phone. Very not happy with Verizon right now.
