I just bought two phones under the Play more Unlimited plan and was told that ITunes was included, but when I get on iTunes it says that I have to pay a monthly fee. Is there something I need to do or did I miss understand?

Are you attempting to sign up for the family Apple Music or the individual Apple Music?

First of all it is Apple Music which is included, not iTunes.

Second, did you activate Apple Music via Verizon Wireless or via the Apple Music website? If you go thru Apple Music, this will not acknowledge you getting it free thru Verizon. You must go thru the Verizon website:
