I have a new IPhone 5 and a Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth headset. When I first got these devices, the sound quality was excellent. Now, the quality of phone conversation sounds like white noise and crackling. Also, the sounds from keyboard clicks are delayed making it frustrating to use. I replaced the headset so I am sure it is not that. Does anyone know how I could get this fixed? The Verizon stored I bought it from was not able to help me.
