Poor Coverage even with bad LTE extender

I am having ongoing difficulty with Verizon technical assistance troubleshooting my cellular connectivity. 
I had ended my wireless modem, installed a coax cable landline, bought a new Apple 14 Plus because my XR phone internal microphone went bad after three years. 

I’ve been doing hours of calling to Verizon for technical assistance, but I am no further along. They are now shipping me another LTE device because the current one won’t receive the LTE coverage. 
I’ve asked for a $200 credit for the huge inconvenience of initiating the entire process further, daily. 

Has anyone else had this much cellular connectivity issue?   I have to think these problems are related.
