There are two iPhone 14's in the house. One was bought a couple months before the other. We can be in the same room on separate phone calls and one of them works great and has good reception, the other drops calls, can't hear the other caller on the phone. I can call the same number that the other iPhone on the phone with and have not problems tallking, hearing the other person, etc. What do I need to do to remedy this problem?
I'm sorry to hear you are an having an issue with the iPhone? What zip code is this in? What software version is on the device? Does service improve outside?-Joe
