Poor Service in 32025

We live in a rural area (Lake City, FL). We left T-Mobile for Verizon because we couldn't get a good signal out here. T-Mobile sent us a signal booster which didn't help so we switched to Verizon on the recommendation of our satellite internet guy. No better and so disappointed! We both bought new iPhone 11's when we switched to Verizon hoping that would help as well. Now hundreds of $ later, we have to go outside our house and do the old "can you hear me now?" routine. I have elderly parents that I need to check on daily so I am super frustrated. I tried the Verizon digital chat assistant - joke! Can't through by phone either because guess what? I can't get a signal. Help!!!!
