Poor reception started about 6 months ago

I have poor reception at my home which started about 6 - 7 months ago. Zip code 48183.  I have been with Verizon for many years, different states, cities with no issues. About 6 - 7 months ago, every call breaks up, no matter where I am in the house. If I step outside, the call immediately drops or my caller can no longer hear me. Everyone that calls me complains it is difficult to hear me and I experience the same on my side. I contacted Verizon and was provided an extender. With the extender, I went from 1 LTE bar to LTE full bars, however it does not change reception clarity. I thought maybe it was my phone, an iPhone 12 Pro, waited for the new iPhone 14 Pro, thinking it had to be the phone. The new iPhone has the same issue. I am not sure what is happening as I have always had very reliable service in the past. If I leave my house and go down the block, reception is as expected. If I travel just a block or two away, I have 5G. I do not see a dead zone on the map. The neighbors I speak to have AT&T and do not have any reception issues. I have also tried turning WIFI calling on/off. Seems worse while WIFI calling is on. Zip code 48183.
