Poor reception

Within the past month or two our reception as went from 3-4 bars to 1-2 bars with most days being 1 bar.  We hav3 been in the same location for 20 years with no problems.  Has a tower went down or need repair?   Would hate to have to switch to another carrier but we need good reception for our jobs.  I know it’s not the phones or iPads or hot spot as they work well in other locations.  The poor reception causes slow load times and occasional dropped calls.
