Porting issues from AT&T

Wanted to share my recent experience with Verizon as i moved from AT&T to Verizon recently on the Business account. Very Poor Customer Service and zero updates on the Porting status they provided. The customer care is useless as they cannot provide any updates. I regret my decision of porting my number from AT&T to Verizon..


My honest feedback.. stay away if you decide to port your  number from other provider to Verizon

You can never speak to Port agents directly to resolve the issues. Never seen such a poor customer services experience.
