I ordered two iphone 11 pro maxs on launch day. Everything seemed to be fine, tonight i get an email that my order will be cancelled unless i go to the store and do cash pay. What the heck?! Ive been a verizon customer for over 10 years and Ive never had an issue like this. First off i live over an hour away from any store and Ive been on hold for over an hour and half. I keep getting the run around and no one seems to know what im talking about. EERRR

My order was cancelled twice. First time they said it was marked fraud and reinstated it. Still canceled. Decided to order through Best Buy and pick up Friday but now I'm not eligible. This is rediculous.
