I pre-ordered the iPhone 12 pro max last Friday for arrival date of today. It said that it shipped on the 9th and did not get delivered today. It is still in Memphis. I’m very upset because I do not understand the purpose of pre-ordering now and I cannot get one in store due to the pending purchase on my account.
Any suggestions?
