One of the main reasons why customers make preorders is so that they can get their device when it first comes out without having to wait. I pre-ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max on Sept 15th before it was even released and it’s Oct 26th now and still haven’t received the phone though the phone has been out for awhile now. If that’s not enough Verizon doesn’t even update you in a timely manner about shipping date changes. I’m just now receiving an update on a new shipping date when I’ll be receiving my phone. I understand maybe you all were not expecting the phone to create the amount of volume that it did… I understand. But at least update me about it in a timely manner so that I can know what's going on. I definitely do not feel like a valued customer. On top of all of this, I saw my buddy two weeks ago he had the iPhone 15 Pro max already…. got it right out of the store the day it was released…What’s the purpose of me pre ordering if I can just get it out the store when it comes out. Perhaps he got lucky but it definitely made me feel like my effort to pre-order was in vain. If I knew it would be that easy to get the phone I wouldn't have pre-ordered it. I'll never Pre order anything from Verizon again and this situation will make me think twice about preordering from other companies as well. Very disappointed.
