I preordered an iPhone 15 pro on September 15 and the item never shipped. When I called, no one was able to articulate why the order didn’t ship nor were the able to fix it. They seemed baffled. I had to forfeit the advance purchase offer, cancel my order, then re-order in store. I am so disappointed in the customer service. I spoke with 4 different online representatives and the in store rep and no one was able to solve the problem or honor my original offer. I was shocked no one could help or even tell me what was wrong.

I pre-ordered on 15 September with the expectation that it would arrive on 22 September - no such luck. I called the 800 number today to find out the status of my order and the agent said it was "in process".
Since I pre-ordered I would have thought it would get here on the 22 September the latest 25 September. When I check the status online it shows Ordered nothing else.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max for both myself and my wife with trade-ins on both through Verizon at Costco. I also ordered a new line and an iPhone 14 for my grandson. The iPhone 14 arrived in the mail within a few days but I was unable to activate it, even after four or five conversations with Verizon agents on the phone and another visit to the Costco in Verizon agent. in the last few conversations on that subject, I was simply told that the phone needed to be returned, and that it could not be activated nor replaced with no further explanation. I was told that the order for my two iPhone 15 Pro Max was still valid and I would receive those phones. Yesterday, and checking on the app, I saw that , my order was being postponed. When I called today and went through three levels of agents, I was again told that my order for the new pro max iPhone 15 was being canceled but no one would tell me or could tell me what the problem was. I have excellent credit rating and I was with Verizon prepaid for 10 years before I recently switched to postpaid in order to take advantage of these new phone promotional‘s. I am so frustrated. I don’t even know where to turn. I have paid them the sales taxes on the phones that I have never received that I will never received the phones apparently.
