Prepay phone failed to renew plan, asking for $0.0 despite having enough balance.

Hi,

My prepaid plan just renewed yesterday, with auto pay successfully paid the required amount. But it still cuts my line this morning, asking me to pay $0.0 to reactivate the plan.

Phone callback and chats are down on the websites, no body has picked up the customer support phone line.

Any idea what's going on?
