Hello, I am unable to see my Call, Text, and Data useage summaries from when I got my phone in November to Mar19. My account on the website and the app show everything Mar20 and after, how can I see my Useage from the previous months?

When looking at call, text, and data usage, you will be able to review your past 90 days of current usage. Beyond that, you will be able to review your past calls via your Bill & Payment History: https://bit.ly/4cyDnez.

I was going to say to check your older bills in your My Verizon account. Thanks CS for the post. FYI, the system only keeps 18 months' worth of older bills, so if you need to have records around longer, download or print them out.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
