Printing a return label

I need to return my I phone 12 Max Pro and I’m really have a difficult time trying to figure out on how to do this, especially trying to figure out on how to print out a return address label.

Do you know if the return label you needed was for the 30-day return of a new device purchase, or was it part of a trade-in?
