I have spent several hours today attempting to contact Verizon regarding some recent struggles with cellular and date coverage. We have never experienced any issues inside our home with either and we have been customers for over 12 years. However, about a week ago our phone calls (made and received) have been spotty and dropped. Furthermore, our lte service is not functioning. We performed basic troubleshooting earlier today; however this has not made our situation any better.
We cannot contact anyone with poor cellular and data connections. Please help!
