Progressively Terrible Coverage

For the “#1 coverage in America,” my internet coverage has gone from bad to worse. I do not get any coverage while I am at work and my phone coverage is non-existent in my house. My coverage has always been spotty at home but it used to be better at work. Now nothing will load at work. I’m in Las Vegas, NV and you’d think coverage would be good here. I read a lot of the same complaints. I’m paying more for Verizon than I would pay for other services because they are supposed to be the best and I’ve been with them for years, but I’m thinking of making a change for better coverage.
