Been calling, texting, emailing,calling Verizon for months regarding my promised $200 visa. No one answered my texts, emails, etc. I will be canceling as soon as possible. And going back to Metro PCs or Walmart smart talk. Wouldn't have bought my phone if I knew the service was so bad. They get you in then they drop you. Horrible service. How do you spend 15 hrs a week for months trying to contact a company and get no answers
