Promotion issue

I’ve been with Verizon for 10 plus years now and it seems I always have issues with promotions. It takes too long and too many calls for them to get their act together and fix my bill. The latest promotion that still hasn’t been fixed is when I decided to add the Verizon internet. I was suppose to receive a Nintendo switch when I activated the home internet and have it connected for 2 months. It’s been almost 5 months total I’ve called multiple times and no one has bothered to fix this. Why even offer it if you don’t honor it?

One of the forum admins posted some time ago about there being a glitch with this promotion, which was fixed.  Hopefully you aren't too late for redeeming it.  See the thread below:
