I’ve been trying to apply the promotional credit I was sold by Verizon and still I have to pay so much more than necessary. In 2022, you likely remember the promotion for a free iPhone 14 Pro, Apple Watch, and iPad, with a new line and an unlimited plan. It was a popular promotion and I signed up for it. Still, I’ve been paying for all three devices and it’s been a pain trying to get in touch with anyone who can help. I’m way over my budget and I would never have purchased these new devices had Verizon not said that I wouldn’t be paying for them. I need a refund for all I’ve paid for these devices.
