I upgraded 3 phone lines in Nov 2021 because Verizon was offering a $650 credit per line. It is now Feb 2022 and credit has still not been applied to my account. I've called Verizon 3 times and was assured this would be fixed on the next billing cycle. It was not. I've called back again today and been on the phone for 3 hours and have not gotten any resolution. This needs to be fixed! This is a predatory practice on consumers.
