Can’t text androids, RCS keeps saying waiting on activation, I did everything possible to fix, nothing works

Update: I just checked elsewhere on the internet, and if none of the usual fixes like network reset, turn RCS on/off, update carrier settings, etc. are working, it's possible there is an RCS block on your account. Someone posted a little while back that certain public sector accounts now have this RCS block for whatever reason. Assuming you have a regular personal account, here's a Reddit thread which might be useful:
