My 17 year old daughter's phone recently started reporting that she had visited a website I would not want her on. When I asked her about it, she claimed that she has never been on that website or a few others that are being reported as having been visited. These are websites with objectionable content, so they're showing up as "noteworthy events" rather than just showing up in her daily web and app activity, in fact, the websites do not show up in her daily activity, just as noteworthy events. Is it possible that she's not visiting these sites? Could they be ads that are running? I believe I can block her access, but I'd really like to know if I need to be worried that she's viewing this kind of material because if I block it on her phone, she can just use her computer instead. Has anyone else experienced this?

This was also happening in our household too- and I cannot find any trace of it on the browser history- and I have it so it cannot be erased and private mode cannot be activated.
today all web activity stopped showing up.
It’s not working correctly!
