I am being told my rebate cards have been denied. I Ported over 3 lines and ordered 3 new iPhone 11 Pro max on September 30, 2019. The phones did not ship out until October 5th. I ported over numbers and activated phones as soon as I received them. I submitted the rebate for 3- $200.00 cards and it said I qualified. Verizon is now refusing my rebate because line was not ported over before October 2. How could I activate and port the line over for a phone that I did not have?
