I am so frustrated, I was told when switching to Verizon there would be 200.00 rebate for each line, I have received rebate for 2 of 4, now getting the run around.
They keep escalating and promising to review, I literally spent 2 h ours and 17 minutes to hear we will review AGAIN, nothing we can do for the next 7-10 days. I was on the line with Rebate Supervisor who stated that their department does the reviews, but would not review it now? WHY? She could not even explain why denied in the first place, and it is her department that denied the claim!
I have been waiting months for the rebates. Makes me wonder if I have been tricked or fooled into switching.
It is so hard to get through to customers service, I do not have hour and hours each day to spend trying to get resolution.

I am having these same issues after switching 4/15/23 to Verizon after two years with t-mobile has been nothing but a disaster with customer service non stop promises of fixed issues just to find out I have to yet again sit on the phone with an agent who’s “going to help” for an hour or more. I was promised a rebate for switching carriers and have not received any further information on it since they processed my new account. I was promised iPhone 14 plus on us and have the receipt stating how bill credits would cover entire cost of device with qualifying plans yet I am paying 10 dollars a month despite multiple calls and in store visits to correct this issue based off of contract signed with Verizon. I have never had more problems with any carrier then this one within first 72 hours I began regret switching from T-Mobile. Yet if I cancel plan they will mention the CONTRACT the same one they started breaking on day 1!!!!!! I need someone to please fix these issues and stop robbing people with online promotions

This is certainly not the welcome to the Verizon family that we would want any customer to have Quandobugattti. I know that I would expect to receive any qualifying rebates and the correct promotional amount for my new device as well. Let's see if we can help find a solution. I've sent you a private note here to help gather some additional details. Please reply there once you've received it.

Same day update. I was able to get everything resolved after my comment on this post. I am now satisfied finally with the customer service received today.. it was so quick and simple after working with the online agent via this community board. We need more people like this agent to answer the phones and maybe it’ll all be much easier. Thanks again Joseph for the help
