Rebates

I purchased a phone on 12/10/24. I was told that if I finished my purchase online I would get a $300 Verizon gift card. Then I was told that if I ported my number over i would get another $300 rebate. But I’ve only received the $300 Verizon gift card. That’s a problem . I’m adding screenshots to show that I owed both the $300 Verizon gift card. For completing my order online. But also a $300 rebate for porting my number over and it didn’t say anything in writing about not combining the two offering . So where is my second rebate

I did not even get single gift card for transferring my number from tmobile to verizon and I have purchased phone online.
