Redux

I’m another person who was unknowingly charged for Redux single membership when purchasing a new iPhone from authorized Verizon store . No one discussed this with me during the purchase- I had never heard of this before I saw the charge on my email receipt after leaving the store. When I looked it up on line I saw that many others have had the same experience. Has anyone had success getting the charge removed or reached out to BBB regarding this issue?  Won’t be returning to that store and very disappointed to learn that Verizon allows this to continue.
