Verizon changed my auto pay bill to be raised 79 dollars a month. I called and spent hours on the phone and was told I would get a refund. Then next months bill was posted, no refund, still being overcharged. Verizon deceived me and lied to me. Promised me monthly bill would be back to old rate and I would receive credit for being overcharged. I spent another hour on phone, only to be promised same thing, then bill is posted, no refund, bill is higher than it should be. 

I have lost faith in Verizon and will be looking for another wireless provider.
