They took $444 dollars as well as my normal monthly payment. I was on auto pay. I received a text about the payments and called them immediately to tell them I never authorized a phone pay off on my account, they literally took it without my knowlege. It’s 4 weeks later and they still have not reversed the payment and refunded my money instead they transfer me from dept to dept. they also had a security leak and someone used my account to order iPads and send to New York. This was resolved by the fraud department but I still have not got my $444. I’ve been on auto pay for 4 years and this is how I am treated as a customer. Worst Company ever. I have 5 phones with them but as of May I am sending the phones back and leaving Verizon for Att. They will never get any money from me again!!!!
